Looking for this plugin Kesha Lee used for Lil Uzi Vert

Hi everybody, I've read the legendary SOS interview on Kesha's "How to Talk" mix and I cant seem to find this plugin she used on Uzi's Vocals. It's called "The latter" plugin and she used it for "colour and character" before compressing with a 3A. Can anybody find this plugin or anything close to it? Thank you!
